- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide support during financial audits and tax filings.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations to ensure industry-standard compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of accounting experience, with specialization in QuickBooks.
- Highly desirable : Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
