The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information.

Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experienceAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data systemsExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, QuickSight, and QlikComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAdvanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizationsExperience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic directionProficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadershipMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesAbility to work cross-functionally with different teamsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldExpertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and / or predictive modelingExperience creating analytics solutionsScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
