Determine eligibility for services and explain benefits and procedures to customers
Assist with case monitoring and provide training for assigned team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma with related work experience in benefit programs or equivalent training
Considerable knowledge of laws, codes, policies, and procedures related to public assistance programs
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and interpret public policies
Current valid driver's license and good driving record required
Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are mandatory
