Role Description : We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney who is driven to fight for the rights of immigrants.
This role offers a great deal of autonomy and is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys the challenges and rewards of legal advocacy in immigration matters.
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings with a focus on asylum and other case types.
- Prepare legal documents and submissions to courts and government agencies.
- Work collaboratively with our team to continue our track record of success.
- Engage with clients to develop legal strategies and provide compassionate, effective advocacy.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration law and apply them effectively to benefit clients.
Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to any state bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law preferred, but not required.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Strong commitment to immigrant rights and a passion for advocacy.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
