Currently, we are seeking a Proposal Coordinator who is motivated and detail-oriented to support our Marketing Director in various tasks related to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other marketing and office initiatives.
This position is full-time and pay
will largely depend on qualifications and experience.
Role Description
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the proposal process, including the creation, organization, development, and production of proposals and other market-initiated information.
The role includes technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development of proposal documentation through final production ensuring timely submission and compliance with requirements.
May also prepare award submissions, social media posts, magazine submissions, and other marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the Business Development / Marketing team in the creation of responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Under direction of the Marketing Director :
- Utilize Adobe Suite software’s, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, to create visually appealing proposal submissions
- Assist with the timely production of qualifications packages by gathering, editing and implementing information requested by clients
- Assist with research, data entry, and maintaining business development database
- Coordinate with subconsultants to gather necessary information for proposal submissions
- Assist in the development of other marketing materials, such as award submissions, social media content, etc, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
Must-haves :
- Associates degree or higher is required - preferably in marketing, business, communications, graphic design or architecture
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a marketer is preferred
- Proficient om Adobe Suite software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly proficient with documentation, planning and organization
- Adapt quickly, strong problem solver, strong attention to detail and time management
- Experience with AEC industry is preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
