What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

• Open to all levels of experience - Internship, apprenticeship, newly licensed, experienced and seasoned.
• Passion for the industry is extremely important
• Roles are separated- Directors and Embalmers
• Must have good social skills and be able to empathize with families
• Prefers someone Tech Savvy- They are Technologically advanced and a lot of their paper work is electronic documents.
• Ability to show a stable work history
• Ability to create the event for families
