Description

Reporting directly into a highly experienced Principal, the Senior Consultant's main duties and responsibilities include the following :

• Strategic, high-stake projects driving significant improvements with your clients
• Competitiveness improvement projects
• Business transformation and functional turnaround engagements
• Project delivery
• Managing client relationships
• Third-party relationship management

Please note that this opportunity offers a highly flexible location, but there is significant national travel.

Examples of previous consulting engagements include :

• Nuclear - Developing strategy for new build nuclear technology selection
• Nuclear - Critical nuclear component manufacturing capacity expansion
• Nuclear - Life extension construction planning and optimization
• Nuclear - Billion-dollar nuclear cost reduction program on one of the largest infrastructure projects in North America
• Energy - Flywheel cost and design analysis
• Powersports : developing a business case for a new electric vehicle (public company)
• Powersports : rectifying quality issues at the supplier of a public company (with CEO attention!)
• Powersports / Automotive : Transforming the entire sourcing organization, including structure, roles and responsibilities, processes
• Defense - Establish strategic product platforms for radar and missile defense systems

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (non-negotiable)
• Relevant consulting experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work 100% remote, with significant national travel to client engagements

Job Offer

• $120,000 to $130,000 base salary

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree - ideally from an Engineering background
• Relevant consulting experience
