Business Development & Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting in our business development mission through our customer-centric culture and our Sales operations.

Specifically making and receiving customer phone calls and actively answering online vehicle inquiries via our customer retention platform.

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, self-driven, and articulate, must be computer-literate, sales-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is based on productivity , so the earning potential can be substantial.

Responsibilities

Build relationships & create customers for life.

Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

  • Learn some general product knowledge of the vehicles
  • Follow-up with customers to make contact and set an appointment for them to visit our dealership
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and new campaigns each month.
  • Bring your A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Pleasant and engaging phone personality
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Dealership experience welcome, but a teachable attitude much more important
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
