Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for a top-performing government client in the development approval process.
This role involves coordinating complex engineering projects, including public works and utility improvements, reviewing new developments for compliance with City plans, managing work assignments, and administering professional service contracts.
MUST HAVES :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Land Development / Capital Improvement / Transportation / Infrastructure experience.
- Registration / Certification as a Professional Civil Engineer or EIT.
- Ability to perform math calculations such as advanced level algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
- Previous experience writing and reviewing general correspondence, memorandums, handouts, letters, and technical engineering reports.
- Previous experience as a lead worker performing essentially the same work as those directed, and includes overseeing work quality, training, instructing, and scheduling work.
- Ability to read state statutes, federal laws, technical reports and manuals, research papers, construction plans and specifications, correspondence, legal documents, ordinances, and property legal descriptions at a college level.
