Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products or services, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot problems and provide resolution in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Data Entry : Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems with the outcomes of each call.
- Follow-up : Ensure timely follow-up with customers as needed to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve pending issues.
- Meet Performance Goals : Achieve or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Problem-Solving : Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
- Computer Skills : Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software, email, and basic office applications.
- Team Player : Must work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, and systems.
