- Handle high call volumes with approximately 120 outbound or 60 inbound calls per day.
- Assigned to either inbound or outbound calls, not both, with potential for 50-100+ calls during peak times.
- Support the Consumer Direct Sales group within the clients' Home Mortgage.

- Assist Home Mortgage Consultants in the National Contact Center.
- Manage inbound leads and "dot com" lead lists for customers interested in refinancing or purchasing a home.
- Confirm customer interest, contact information, bank details, and availability.
- Transfer verified hot leads to Home Mortgage Consultants for further processing.
- Ensure accurate and efficient information gathering to support seamless customer transitions.
