Description

Hydrafacial is hiring a Senior Manager of HRIS & HR Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations.

his role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively leverage technology to configure and streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall employee experience.

In addition to strategic responsibilities, this role necessitates a hands-on approach, where the incumbent will actively engage in day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning and address operational challenges promptly.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRIS and HR operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Workday and configuring Workday processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

HRIS Management : Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday to support the company's HR strategy and business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and escalations.Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between HRIS systems and other business applications.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology to continuously improve HRIS functionality and efficiency.

Stay informed about updates and new features released by HRIS vendors and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Data Management and Reporting : Oversee the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the HRIS, including employee records, compensation information, and organizational structures.

Develop and maintain standardized HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and compliance.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive HR information.

Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through automation and system enhancements.

Work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify pain points, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Leadership and Team Development : Lead and mentor a team of HR operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the HR operations team.

Performs other duties as assigned.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on HRIS management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HRIS implementations and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading Workday.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance requirements and implementation.
  • Experience working in multi-national organizations preferred.

Base Salary Pay Range : $150,000 - $180,000

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
