In your role as HR Business Partner, you will manage day-to-day HR operations alongside leading HR undertakings for business units.
These will include managing teammate relations, conducting interviews, handling hiring processes, determining compensation and benefits, managing leaves of absence, and enforcing our company's principles and policies.
Your specific duties will consist of the routine administration and execution of various HR programs such as compensation, benefits, labor relations, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance, talent and safety management, productivity, morale enhancements, recognition, and training and development.
You will be required to address employment-related queries from teammates and other leaders under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Additionally, you will implement new hire orientation and teammate engagement programs and assist with recruitment initiatives like job fairs, interviewing, and candidate sourcing.
As our HR Business Partner, you will lead disciplinary meetings, oversee terminations, manage investigations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Your role will also expect you to take part in setting department objectives, goals, and systems.
Furthermore, you will also maintain human resource information system records and generate relevant reports from the database.

Candidates applying for this position should possess the following qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is mandatory. Alternatively, an Associate's Degree in HR or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience is acceptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving are highly valued.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate appropriately.
- The candidate should demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is necessary.
- The candidate must either be proficient with the organization's HRIS and talent management systems or display an ability to learn these systems quickly.
