We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to join and lead our Infusion Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Recording patients' medical history meticulously.
- Updating and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Documenting symptoms and patient interactions with attention to detail.
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests or diagnostic procedures as necessary.
- Performing detailed and thorough physical examinations of patients.
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments, and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Prescribing medications appropriately and monitoring for efficacy and safety.
- Managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other support staff.
- Ensuring all staff are adequately trained and up-to-date with current practices.
- Coordinating with other medical professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Engaging in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid and active medical license.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an infusion center or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Compensation : $4000 per month.
