Medica's Broker Experience Representative troubleshoots operations issues and supports Brokers through the sales process.
This individual will triage questions related to marketing, enrollment, commissions, etc.
Qualifications :
- Minimum requirement is HS diploma
- 2+ years of work experience within customer service, health insurance and / or broker service required
- Medicare, IFB, or Commercial knowledge required
Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Issue resolution experience
- Proven ability to build and foster positive relationships
This position can be a fully remote or Hub role. A Hub role requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka, Madison, or Omaha office for applicable heads-up work.
Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
The full salary range for this position is- $39,500 - $67,700. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
