SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY :
We are looking for amazing people who have diverse backgrounds and experiences, are inspired
by our vision and are energized by investing in academic improvement. The MTSS Coach will be
responsible for assisting in all matters related to development and implementation of a consistent
Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model of tiered intervention processes and procedures
across the school. The MTSS Coach will provide information and professional development to
school teams, ensuring that MTSS components are established at the school. This is a full-time, 10
month position and will report directly to the Principal.

Establish systems, develop project plans, and support implementation

and concise.
Display an understanding of the audience and knows how to deliver inspiring messages
and tough news with ease and tactful finesse
Partner with education leaders and other stakeholders, motivating them to make
incremental change and take quantum leaps
Help identify solutions independently and eager to contribute and learn

Day In the Life Overview
On a regular day, as the MTSS Coach, you might :
Develop, lead, implement, monitor and collaborate with other educators in the schoolwide
integration of MTSS
Coach and train colleagues on MTSS implementation
Manage, analyze, and utilize student data to drive student support
Provide direct services as follows :
Train and coach school leadership teams and teachers on the MTSS framework
Work to develop, implement, and sustain IPS’ MTSS Framework
Support teachers in identifying student needs and providing appropriate
interventions
Attend professional development and district-level MTSS meetings
Develop and maintain a positive rapport with families and staff

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
