Crew Compliance Analyst, Lead (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

The Crew Compliance Analyst, Lead is at the forefront of ensuring NetJets meets all FAA regulatory standards pertaining to crew record keeping and crew training qualifications.

They are responsible for the reporting and management of compliance data while leveraging analysis to provide guidance for business process improvements and technological enhancements.

The Crew Compliance Analyst, Lead will gain expert knowledge of the data within our crew records and training management systems, provide ad-hoc reporting, and create tools to display trend analysis, workload management and Team metrics.

In addition to the Training Management and Crew Records Teams, they will partner with Training Capacity, Crew Capacity, Training & Standards, IT, Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) and Data Engineering.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Tactical analysis to assure all training management and crew compliance tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Key point of contact for reports and reporting development within the electronic recordkeeping system for all NetJets, Inc. business units
  • Develop methods to secure and audit data across platforms while partnering with BI&A and Data Engineering
  • Individual contribution in analysis, project management, problem resolution, collaboration and communication
  • Serve as departmental resource providing technical leadership and direction on a range of departmental activities
  • Train and coach internal team members specific skill sets, and processes designed to help develop others while ultimately increasing the departmental bandwidth within the analytical area.

Bachelor's in related field
