As Lead Mosquito Control Specialist / Outside Sales at Mosquito Authority, you will have the opportunity to build the business from the ground up using our proven client acquisition techniques in a new market! Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet potential clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Answer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details.
• Maintain knowledge of our services, pricing, promotions, procedures and other important issues through management communications, training, and meetings.
• Responsible for achieving an acceptable conversion rate of inbound prospective client interactions to paying clients.
• Participate in outside sales activities such as trade shows, parties, and Mosquito Authority sponsored events.
• Review financial data as directed and necessary. Utilize financial data to improve profitability within the unit and function within the parameters of operational budgets.
• Plan effective strategies and monitor existing strategies for the financial well-being of the organization.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Organize recruitment and hiring of required field staff. Establish work schedules to workload. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve desired goals and service requirements.
• Monitor, manage and model appropriate behaviors as they relate to customer service, marketing and complimentary offers resulting in appropriate planning, training and recognition of successful behaviors of delivery and presentation.
• Act as a liaison with management, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.
