Job Description

Position Highlights :

• Sign On Bonus Available
• Position : Nurse Practitioner, Urology, Medical Group
• Location : Swedish Hospital at 5140 n. California, Chicago
• Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Monday-Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m.
• Required Travel : Occasional travel to other sites may be required

What you will need :

• License : Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education : Completion of Masters level program in specialty area
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification required
• Experience : Prior APN and / or urology experience preferred

What you will do :

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
