Prioritizepolicyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathyand understanding.
Valuingour partnerships with our carrier clients; recognizing andmaximizing the ways in which our Elevated Claims Handling cansupport them and theirpolicyholders.
Outstandingwork ethic. This is not a 95 position and you will be called uponto maintain a flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insuredsandcarriers.
Clearconsistent and timely communication. We and our carriers want andneed strong lines ofcommunication.
Youmust be open to receiving and providingfeedback.
Theability to manage workload while exercising good judgmenteffectively andindependently.
Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
Strongtechnological skills with the ability to work within various claimsmanagementsystems.
Minimumof three years of residential and commercial property adjustingexperience.
Carrierexperience is desired.
Liabilityexperience is aplus.
Currentactive Xactimate license and experience writing both residentialand commercial damage estimates inXactimate.
Abilityto pass a backgroundscreen.
Currentactive license whererequired.
Equipmentand ability to accessroofs.
