Responsibilities
12 hour shifts Fri-Sun.
5 : 00 . - 5 : 30 .
Control downtime and maintain production, safety and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Primary job is to treat employees with dignity, demonstrate integrity and impartiality as well as promote safe work practices within department and facility
- Ability to direct, supervise, and assist Maintenance employees as needed in order to perform tasks
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and dependable individual
- Be responsible for accurate data collection and documentation within department.
- Must be able to correctly select, requisition and expedite material and parts as necessary
- Must be capable of meeting efficiency objectives, production schedules and quality standards.
- Must have broad and specific knowledge of equipment and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Must be able to prioritize maintenance issues and delegate accordingly
Qualifications
Who You Are :
- Must comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
- Must be able to train maintenance employees on all equipment in department.
- Be an independent decision maker.
- Must pass required drug test.
- A personal interview with the Manager and Supervisor may be held with all qualified applicants.
- Daily computer usage and legible handwriting.
- Must be capable of using all tools and instruments in department.
- No active written warnings within the last 6 months.
- Must have 4 or more years of Industrial Multi-craft maintenance experience.
