We implement outstanding traffic strategies to maximize revenue under the constraint of user experience and achieve complete exploration of advertiser's audience.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop a robust and highly efficient ads traffic strategy to blend ads with the original content to balance both ads value and user value in the long run.

The business and team are still expanding; meanwhile, there will be tons of obstacles ahead for you to challenge yourself and develop.

You will never worry about whether there are learning opportunities or not. Leaders and mentors will also fully support your career development.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for designing traffic strategies for infeed ads, including strategy design, experimental design, and data analysis.

Take a user-centric approach, continuously discover opportunities, optimize user experience, and strike a balance between revenue growth and user experience protection.

Collaborate with engineers to optimize traffic distribution frameworks and improve the efficiency of ad traffic distribution.

Coordinate cross-team collaboration and drive project success with a focus on results.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the internet industry.

Strong data and user insight with excellent logical thinking skills, capable of problem-solving through data analysis.Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, teamwork spirit, and self-motivation.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units.
