Job Description :
- Enthusiastically greet and interact with guests, check them in
- Monitor and reset games
- Watch players, provide clues & hints, cover rules, answer questions
- Answer calls
- Make reservations
Job Requirements :
- Customer experience is our #1 priority. You’re there to ensure an awesome experience for the players from start to finish!
- Computer competency enough to manage our booking system and take credit card payments, manage calendars, and use apps for scheduling and payroll.
- Strong command of the English language required. Being bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Confidence in talking to customers and answering phones.
- Able to focus on tasks and stay productive
- Experience playing escape rooms is not required, but a bonus
