Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal counsel in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, support, and adoption.
- Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and effective advocacy.
- Utilize provided leads and guidance to expand client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Embrace a hybrid / remote work schedule with optional office access.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia with at least 4 years of family law experience.
- Proven success in independently managing complex family law cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a virtual, fast-paced environment while maintaining high client service standards.
