CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE - FINANCIAL SERVICES
Location : Maitland, Florida (in office)
Compensation : $60,000 $70,000 per year

is an exciting opportunity to welcome a Client Service Associate to the team who will support the firm’s
Wealth Advisor.

As a Client Service Administrator, you can expect to :
Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.
Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items
that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled and completed.
Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, coordinate the advisor’s calendar, keeping up
to date on the advisor’s priorities, projects, goals, and timelines.
Develop and implement systems and processes, update and maintain CRM system.
Be the face of the firm, one of the first people that clients see when they come into the office.
Correspond and respond to client inquiries, document, and follow up.
Process investment and insurance service requests, open accounts, place trades and money movements, if licensed.
Provide support for marketing projects, coordinate client appreciation events, maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards.
Produce client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.
Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
Provide planning and research support.
Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.
Qualifications for this opportunity include :
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry
Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required
Must have good understanding of financial planning, investment advisory and insurance businesses
Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Professionalism
Strong computer skills : experience in creating outstanding documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
experience with eMoney and knowing Canva is a plus
