We are looking for a leader committed to learning. They must excel at team building and mentorship. They should also have 2 3 years of successful real estate sales experience.
Location : In-Office at 3290 N Ridge Rd, Ste. 150, Ellicott City, MD 21043 (must have a commute of 20 minutes or less).
Compensation : $85,000 / year plus commission based on performance. Total annual compensation potential ranges from $200,000 to $250,000.

Compensation :
$85,000 yearly + commission ($200 - $250,000 when goals are met)
Responsibilities :
- Complete 30 recruiting appointments monthly to achieve GROSS 6 and NET 3 targets by the end of 2024.
- Use business consulting, disruptive training, and KW tech to attract top talent. Gain market share.
- Meet monthly with the top 20% of associates. This will boost retention, revenue, and profits.
- Boost attendance and participation in MC classes, events, Ignite, and BOLD. This will increase engagement.
- Lead weekly 4-1-1 accountability sessions, set expectations, and offer support to the team.
- Maintain a comprehensive training calendar for associates based on disruptive and KW skills.
- Oversee the ALC to boost productivity and maximize profits.
- Monitor and share key metrics with the MC leadership team daily. Follow KWC models and systems.
- Research competitors and devise business prospecting and marketing strategies for a competitive edge.
- Personify company values by reflecting the KWC culture at all times.
- Use the Command platform and KWC's marketing and tech stack for best results.
- Maintain proactive and positive communication within the team's GroupMe account and social media.
- Attend training and events. These include KW Family Reunion, Mega Camp, and client appreciation events.
- Read the MREA, The ONE Thing, and Shift annually.
- Undertake various projects as assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications :
- Keller Williams Realty - Team Leader Experience Required
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities are essential for this role.
- Skilled at forging and nurturing strong, lasting relationships through adept communication.
- Proven success in sales, particularly in residential real estate, is a must.
- Ability to set and achieve goals, with a focus on accountability.
- Demonstrated experience in career development and training.
- Proficiency in recruiting and retaining top talent is consistent.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically in the Baltimore, MD area.
