Minimum Requirements :
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years in leading complex product design (including hardware and software) from concept into Production

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to define and build the next generation of our cloud systems.

The ideal TPM candidate will be an experienced program manager who is skilled in managing server and storage hardware product development teams across several geographic regions using a variety of suppliers.

The candidate will have an obsession with data and precise analysis and will use these as inputs to make decisions.
What you will do :
- You manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating systems that are no longer needed.
- You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery).
- You understand the architecture of the systems you work with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements).
You influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
You communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs. You foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus).
You partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Your program management practices set a great example to others. You routinely and efficiently deliver the right things.
You define clear goals and objectives. You drive crisp decisions in your program area about what projects move forward and in what priority order.
You proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400 / year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
