The Gerald Auto Group is looking for a motivated and organized candidate for our billing team! This Full-Time billing position is located in our newly remodeled Accounting Office in North Aurora.
Job Responsibilities
- Post new and used retail deals into accounting.
- Calculate salesperson commissions.
- Submit rebates / incentives.
- Remit finance products.
- Reconcile reserve schedules.
- Issue customer payoffs, checks and ACH.
- Post funding notices.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing.
- Additional accounting duties as assigned.
Education and / or Experience
- The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Two years of dealership experience is preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate.
- High school diploma is required.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.
