NASC GLOBAL is excited to support the search for an experienced CNC Programmer for our valued client in Lowell, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization.
Position Overview :
In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring that we effectively and efficiently meet our customers' needs.
Compensation :
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $62,400 to $72,800 , commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC milling machines and complete necessary documentation (job travelers, operator check sheets, inspection reports, etc.).
- Conduct thorough inspections of first pieces and in-process components, adjusting as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve manufacturing goals, providing assistance when required.
- Work independently while knowing when to seek help, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
Qualifications :
- Must reside within 30 miles of Lowell; no relocation fees are provided.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mastercam programming (please specify the latest version used).
- At least 3 years of setup / operator experience on CNC milling machines.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and utilizing various measuring tools.
- 5 years of experience in a setup / programmer position with CNC 3-axis milling centers.
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or CNC Mill Machinist is highly desirable.
