Job Summary : The Scheduling Representative is responsible for greeting patients and working with them on the phone or through electronic correspondence to meet their needs regarding scheduling, updating patient information, and acting as a liaison in reporting any patient suggestions to management.
Works directly with patients over the phone and interacts with clinical staff. Responsible to schedule, reschedule, cancel, and remind patients on upcoming appointments.
Maintains good working relationship within the network of doctors and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years’ experience performing clerical and data entry duties, with one of the two years’ experience being in customer service, medical claims or medical office environment preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with multiple phone lines, Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
- Attentive to details. Ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Understanding of common marketing and advertising in service lines
