Job Title : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Job Description : We are looking for compassionate and friendly Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our team. The Medical Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining the well-being of our office facilities, patients, and medical providers by providing a supportive and clean environment.
This role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service. You will assist our providers in caring for and conducting various exams for our veteran patients.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a clean and supportive environment for patients and medical providers.
- Assist providers in conducting exams and caring for veteran patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and office staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
