Job Summary

A Combo Water / Mold Technician is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, as well as remediation assignments, New referrals, and existing, as well as customer and manager communications to accomplish their duties.

Responsibilities

  • Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours
  • Communicate daily with the Operations manager / Assistant OPS Manager
  • Maintaining a company-issued vehicle
  • Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Tools, Consumables, vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app
  • Be available 24 / 7 when working on-call rotation
  • Communicate daily with customers / Insurance personnel / other team members
  • Maintain good time management with handling existing / new assignments
  • Be able to listen and follow safety protocols, as well as wear proper PPE
  • Be able to read and understand a mold remediation estimate to start new assignments

Qualifications

  • Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience a plus
  • Experience working with Insurance claims is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to travel in times of need
  • CAT situations
  • Helping other Areas
  • Must be knowledgeable of Ipad features
  • Must be able to listen and follow directions
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment / contents
  • IICRC Certifications a plus (WRT / ASD)
