A company that specializes in advanced parcel management and logistics is seeking a skilled Client-Facing Application Specialist to join their team, dedicated to supporting their logistics and shipping clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in scripting with JavaScript and have a solid background in C#. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless integration of our advanced parcel Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions.
As a Client-Facing Application Specialist, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement custom solutions that leverage your scripting skills and logistics experience.
You should be adept at managing multi-carrier shipping environments and have a proven track record of automating and optimizing shipping workflows.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and their operations run smoothly.
This is a full-time and fully remote role, offering competitive pay and benefits. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in C# / .NET and JavaScript
