What You Will Get To Do :
- Provide operational support to Institutional and hedge fund clients engaged in various investment strategies ex. Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Private Equity, Global Macro, Fixed Income, Mortgage, Credit, Distressed, Long / Short, Risk / Stat / Arbitrage, Emerging markets, and Fund of Funds
- Build and maintain client relationships and serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers / custodians and counterparties.
- Provide middle and back-office support for the following products : for Equity, Corporate Bond, MBS, Derivatives (OTC & Listed), Repo, Bank Loan, and private securities.
- Track corporate actions.
- Research and address and cash / position / market value reconciliation exceptions on complex asset types
- Review and resolve differences on reconciliations against multiple custodians and / or asset managers.
- Identify inefficiencies in the current production process and make recommendations on how to fix them.
- Address ad hoc inquiries and assist on projects.
- Interact with various internal SS&C GlobeOp departments such as Fund Accounting, Data management, Pricing, Development, and IT
- Process wires related to settlements and collateral.
- Run cash reports and confirming payments with counterparties.
- Assist with new clients onboarding.
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in finance / Accounting or related field
- Strong math skills
- Financial product knowledge
