About the Position : NCBHis looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Alva Outpatient Facility in Alva, OK. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention;
interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.

- Annual Salary : up to $40,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
- Primary Working Hours : MWF 8-5; Tu Th 9-6
- One (1) Vacancy
- FLSA Status : Non-Exempt.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
NOTE : Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.

Special Requirements :
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.
Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
