Leveraging your financial services knowledge or strategic support experience, you'll excel in :

Administrative Support Specialist Recruiting :

  • Collaborating with advisor teams to identify needs and recruit suitable candidates
  • Sourcing both inexperienced and experienced professionals
  • Coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
  • Monitoring candidate progress and providing regular updates

Administrative Support Specialist Marketing :

  • Researching market opportunities and strategizing growth plans
  • Managing social media platforms and coordinating seminars
  • Utilizing marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
  • Advocating for inclusion and diversity initiatives

Administrative Support Specialist Sales Support :

  • Optimizing lead strategies to increase revenue
  • Supporting team coaching and new business submissions
  • Implementing execution strategies and providing technology training

Administrative Support Specialist Financial Support :

  • Handling compensation appeals and cash management
  • Overseeing reimbursement accounts and ensuring operational efficiency

Administrative Support Specialist Competencies : Initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, interpersonal communication, teamwork, relationship-building, confidentiality, attention to detail, continuous learning, proficiency in Microsoft applications, experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and LinkedIn preferred.
