This position is not entry level and not for individuals with no media sales experience. Compensation is commission + bonuses.

If you are not excited by new technology and the shift to streaming TV by viewers, and not energized by the opportunities to serve advertisers in this new space, this position is not for you.

The Position
We are looking for Account Executives (AE’s) for the Arizona region, completing both inbound and outbound sales and prospecting activities to generate new business for the station.
Account Executives’ responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Prospecting assigned territories, both advertisers and ad buyers
Conducting outbound sales calls (in-person, phone, email)
Receiving inbound sales calls
Crafting presentations and pitching to prospective clients and buyers
Maintain and grow existing accounts through stellar customer service, regular reporting, entertaining, making ongoing presentations and managing preemptions and make goods
Report and regularly communicate to Station Manager
The Person
A minimum of 5+ years of outside sales and advertising experience is required. This is not an entry level training opportunity.

We are redefining the way viewers watch local TV. News, sports, entertainment, politics, weekly series, community events, and more.
Already over 800k viewers, WTSMTV is poised to disrupt local TV!
Our leadership team has over 150 years of combined experience in local TV production and broadcasting, with multiple Emmys, Addys, Tellys, Communicator, and business awards.
Now we need a sales team to support our amazing production team.
