The Ace Service Company team is looking for a Parts and Inventory Specialist responsible for helping the Parts Department with shipping & receiving, inventory, part purchasing and returns, data entry, and warehouse maintenance-related tasks.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

Parts Coordinator - works closely with the service department to ensure each technician is set up to succeed each day.

This will include but is not limited to researching, tracking, ordering, and returning parts. A strong relationship between these roles is essential for efficient workflows, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

• Open Channels : Establish open and transparent communication channels between Parts Coordinator and Technicians.
• Customer Service : Providing courteous and professional interactions with team members, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Inventory Management : Managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of parts and the ability to research them.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fast data entry abilities.
• Physical capabilities, including lifting to 50 lbs. and operating a forklift.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• High school diploma and advanced courses preferred.
