ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk Part-time in Winter Garden, Florida.
Wha t you’ll do :
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand resident experiences.
Your job will include :
- Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with yourPropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddress inquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
- Hours 8 : 30am to 5 : 30 pm. We are open 7 days a week (including holidays).
- Must be able to work some weekend and holidays; flexible schedule.
- Part-time 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm 3 to 4 days per week
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Experience & skills you need :
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
