Technical Writer

Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Writer in Irvine, CA.

Fantastic opportunity for a Technical Writer who is well versed in controlled document creation dealing with engineering and medical device related standards.

As a Technical Writer you will :

Use OMS format to write procedures for manufacturing processes. You will work with engineers to ensure that clear manuals, work instructions, and processes meet medical device and engineering regulations.

This is a Full Time, Contingent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Experience with OMS writing, PowerPoint and CAD software tools.
• Experience in current GMP, 21CFR820, ISO 13485 and AATB Standards is a plus.
• Must be skilled in developing partnerships with Managers, supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers in Production and Quality.
• Act as Initiator for Change Controls.
• Must have a Technical Writing background with several years of experience.

This is an onsite opportunity.

Pay Rate : $35-$55 / hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
