Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through cold calls and convert them into leads.

Database Management : Maintain and update customer information in the company's database efficiently.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to strategize and implement effective telemarketing campaigns.
Feedback Collection : Gather and report customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Performance Tracking : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets to support the company's business objectives.
Requirements
Experience : At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related customer service role.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with a friendly and inviting phone manner.
Organization : Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple calls without compromising quality.
Sales Skills : Strong persuasion skills and the ability to convey the benefits of insurance products.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using computer programs and telephony systems.
Location : Must reside in or be willing to commute to Metairie, Louisiana as this is an on-site role.
Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new challenges and call scripts swiftly and effectively.
