My name is Joseph. I'm a counsellor, life coach and hypnotherapist.

- Teach you how to Relax truly and deeply. When you are relaxed, you can think more clearly and make better decisions, improving your Self Confidence and Self Esteem.
- Use a Combination of Counselling and Hypnosis to change the negative effects of Depression and Anxiety, and support you in Getting it together again and Getting Back on Track.
- Work with you to restore and find peace, love, and happiness in your Relationships again.
- Support you with Good Counselling and Hypnosis to Change Addiction and Anger Problems.
Counselling / Therapy Services
We all know that when we are short of time and money, we put off going to the dentist or the doctor because the budget won't stretch that far.
Many of us are struggling to find time for ourselves because life has just become too busy and sometimes even too hard.
With that knowledge at the forefront of my mind, I have developed successful and respectful ways to get into our task right from our first session.
In my experience, working this new way means that the number of sessions you need to attend is significantly reduced, which results in significant time and money savings for you.
I believe that when you come to consult with me, I have a duty of care to ensure that you leave with new and exciting beginnings of living your life in fulfilling and happy ways, even when there are challenges.
Online Therapy
I also offer online counselling using Zoom (or Skype).

- Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (NZSACH)
- Registered Drug and Alcohol Counsellor (DAPAANZ)
- Academic MA
- Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy
- Certificate qualification for Counselling Supervision
