You will be a key member of the System Architecture team. The System Architecture team owns the vehicle electrical and software architecture for current and future architectures.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Modeling and Management Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing power models for various electrical systems, as well as managing and improving power distribution and utilization strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, networking, to ensure efficient power management and integration of power models into our products.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Software Engineering or related degree; or foreign equivalency degree, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 10+ years of experience with systems.
  • 5+ years in power modeling, analysis, and management for electrical systems
  • 5+ years expereince in power modeling software tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, PLECS, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years expereince in electrical architecture, power distribution, and power management.
  • 5+ years experience with simulation and validation of power models.
  • 5+ years experience with scripting and data analysis.

Even better, you may have...

  • Masters or PHD degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Software Engineering or related degree; or foreign equivalency degree,.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and software systems
  • Experience in automotive or aerospace.
  • Knowledge of power electronics and control systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent team player
  • Ability to act as an open-minded change agent
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
