IT Business Analyst
We are seeking four highly analytical and driven IT Business Analysts to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO) in Miami, in a hybrid work setting.
As an integral part of the team, you will act as the crucial bridge between IT solutions and business needs. Your role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as overseeing the alignment of IT projects with strategic business goals.
Your expertise will guide project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the analysis and documentation of business and technology requirements for internal and external solution deployments by creating and maintaining detailed documentation including business requirements, project plans, budgeting, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Anticipate and understand business expectations, and recommend the most appropriate response to complex or ambiguous requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT Single Points Of Contact (SPOC), development teams, and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute interdepartmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Engage in every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle, actively participating in project development to integration and testing phases.
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify improvement areas and propose IT solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to present proposals and obtain approval from stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution delivery through demonstrations that communicate and confirm the proposed IT solutions.
- Work efficiently and independently, managing meetings and presenting to Executive management, while seamlessly interacting across technical and business sectors.
- Quickly detect, monitor, document, and resolve challenges, addressing potential risks and obstacles in projects proactively.
- Effectively convey complex information to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Travel as needed to meet project needs and collaborate with team members.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Business Process Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile).
- Proven experience in transforming or enhancing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve problems effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL.
Skills :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, skilled in analyzing data sets and assessing process flows.
- Strong research and design skills to complement technical expertise.
- Exceptional writing and documentation skills, capable of handling both technical specifications and business communications.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing third-party solution deployments.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
