Responsibilities & Roles :

  • Wedding Planning : Design and coordinate destination weddings, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple’s vision.
  • Travel Arrangements : Manage bookings for airfare, accommodations, transportation, and activities for wedding parties and guests.
  • Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with local vendors, including venues, caterers, photographers, and florists, to secure the best services and deals.
  • Client Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates.
  • Itinerary Creation : Develop comprehensive itineraries that include wedding events, excursions, and activities for guests.
  • Documentation : Ensure all necessary travel documents, contracts, and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional remote customer service throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about popular wedding destinations, trends, and emerging venues to offer the best recommendations.
  • Event Management : Oversee the execution of wedding plans on the day of the event, coordinating with local contacts to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements :

  • Passion for Weddings and Travel : A genuine enthusiasm for creating beautiful wedding experiences and exploring new destinations.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Abilities : Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer Service Skills : Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  • Basic Technical Skills : Proficiency in using computers and navigating online travel platforms.
  • Age Requirement : Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Residency : Must reside in the United States, Australia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Panama, or Peru.
