Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must have PE license in North Carolina
- 7+ years of experience in land development design is REQUIRED
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus!
Job Description / Duties :
- Will be working with a team of Junior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state and country
- Mentoring Junior Engineers
- Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
- Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
- Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
- Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
