Position Summary :
The Cook assumes the responsibility for the preparation of a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria services, and special functions.
The Cook is also involved in sanitation and kitchen maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications : A. Education :
A. Education :
High school diploma, equivalent or higher education required. In addition, may have completed course work in sanitation, food production, kitchen management, etc.
Maintain a current Food Handlers Certificate.
B. Training and Experience :
Food Service experience preferred.
