Responsibilities :
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the front desk.
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, invoices, and reservations accurately using the hotel's booking system.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
