We have an opening for an experienced Architect / Project Designer to join our Mixed-Use / Multifamily studio, working on everything from quality housing to commercial businesses.
The ideal candidate will coordinate the in-house production teams in close collaboration with the project architect and / or studio director.

Here's What You’ll Be Doing :
- Design and production from schematics through construction administration for the Mixed- Use / Multifamily Studio,
- Be a part of a team on multiple projects ranging from renovations, conversions, and new builds,
- Take a hands-on approach in overseeing the design and technical quality throughout the execution of a project,
- Communicate with internal and external project team members and consultants in a timely fashion with professionalism,
- Produce drawings in Revit,
- Be proficient in developing creative architectural solutions that meet the firm’s standard of design and client expectations.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program,
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in multifamily / mixed-use projects,
- Experience and proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Suite,
- Experience in project management, including during construction document preparation and field observation through construction administration,
- Proven experience managing client relationships and overseeing the design documentation and construction process,
- Experience in personnel supervision and teambuilding.
