Position Overview :

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. The PR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns, building relationships with media outlets, and managing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PR industry, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns for clients
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
• Coordinate and manage media interviews and events
• Monitor and track media coverage and provide regular reports to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall marketing goals
• Proactively pitch stories and secure media placements for clients
• Manage and maintain client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for PR-related inquiries
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new PR opportunities for clients
• Assist with crisis communication and reputation management for clients, as needed
• Contribute to the development of PR proposals and presentations for potential clients

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of PR principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of securing media placements and building relationships with media outlets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in PR software and tools, such as Cision, Meltwater, or Muck Rack
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a plus
• Creative and strategic thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
